About our President & Founder - Neil Diola

Neil Alexander Diola is a Filipino-American citizen who is deeply grateful to the United States for the opportunities it has provided—particularly the ability to pursue entrepreneurship and build a successful small business. He brings nearly 30 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, supported by an unblemished professional record and a lifelong commitment to service. Throughout his healthcare career, Neil has focused on helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and improve overall quality of life. His experience spans hospital, nursing home, and home health environments, and he has successfully owned and operated multiple outpatient rehabilitation clinics.

Driven by a continued desire to help others beyond direct patient care, Neil expanded his professional focus into the financial services, insurance, and government contracting (GovCon) sectors. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent and the owner of a Florida-based insurance agency, with non-resident licenses in California, Texas, Michigan, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, New Mexico, and Nebraska. This multi-state licensure enables him to serve individuals, families, and businesses across the country with tailored insurance and financial solutions.

In addition, Neil is the founder and President of MAAYO LLC, a U.S. Government contracting (GovCon) firm committed to supporting federal agencies while creating meaningful opportunities for qualified small and large businesses. Through MAAYO LLC, Neil helps bridge the gap between government requirements and private-sector capabilities—fostering compliant, efficient, and mutually beneficial partnerships. His work supports mission readiness for government agencies, enables business growth for contractors and subcontractors, and reflects his ongoing commitment to service, accountability, and responsible entrepreneurship.
