About our President & Founder

Neil Alexander Diola is a licensed Physical Therapist with nearly 30 years of clinical experience and an unblemished professional record. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and improve their overall quality of life. His extensive experience spans hospital, nursing home, and home health settings, and he has successfully owned and operated multiple outpatient rehabilitation clinics.

Guided by his passion for helping others, Neil later expanded his professional focus to the financial, insurance, and government contracting sectors. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent and the owner of a Florida-based insurance agency, holding non-resident licenses in California, Texas, Michigan, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, New Mexico, and Nebraska, enabling him to serve clients across the country.

In addition, Neil leads MAAYO LLC, a U.S. Government contracting firm dedicated to connecting qualified businesses with federal opportunities while fulfilling the operational needs of government agencies. Through this work, he fosters a mutually beneficial partnership—helping the U.S. Government achieve its mission objectives, assisting businesses in securing new contracts, and supporting the continued growth and success of his own company.
